1. Services Provided
   Souvix.in offers professional digital marketing and creative video editing services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be agreed upon separately via email or a formal proposal.
2. Payments and Fees
   Clients agree to pay the fees as discussed and finalized for the specific services.
   For large projects, a 50% advance payment may be required before work begins.
   All payments must be made through the agreed-upon payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
3. Intellectual Property
   Once the final payment is cleared, the ownership of the final edited video or marketing assets will be transferred to the client.
   However, Souvix.in reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or on social media for self-promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. Client Responsibilities
   The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials (raw footage, logos, access to accounts) required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in a shift in project deadlines.
5. Revision Policy
   We aim for 100% satisfaction. For video editing and design services, we offer a specific number of revisions (as mentioned in the initial project agreement). Any major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
   Souvix.in will not be held liable for any loss of data, profit, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services or website. We do our best to ensure high-quality results, but digital marketing performance (like SEO rankings) can vary based on platform algorithm changes.
7. Termination of Service
   Both parties have the right to terminate a project if there is a breach of terms. In case of cancellation by the client after work has started, a partial fee may be charged based on the amount of work completed.
8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh/Mohali.
